At Island Girl Catering ​we like to let the season and the local ingredients dictate the menu. That being said, if you want Boeuf Bourguignon in the middle of summer, you will have the best darned 100% grass-fed beef with local onions, carrots, herbs, and maybe even some fresh mushrooms from RI Mushroom Co. over a pillow-y pile of smashed potatoes harvested just around the corner ! Chef Genevieve will create an inspired menu that will have your guests raving for weeks.
